Some much bigger libraries and university your local library have microfilm scanners just for public use.
5Use any regular scanner. Most household scanners provide high-resolution checking, so use the highest it is easy to to get the information out of the microfilm structure. The hardest part at this point is keeping the microfilm flat around the scanning surface. If exercise too many frames photographed, using these services will work.
