The procedure of taking a written agreement photo and leaving part of it in color is referred to as colorization. It is often done to draw awareness of a particular object in any photo, or to increase an artistic touch. The application of digital editing software and layering makes it simplallows you to colorize a pics.
Instructions

Open your photo with your editing software.
2Create a duplicate layer on your photo. Select the finest layer.
3Change the highest layer to grayscale. Most programs have a one-click grayscale option, but if not likely, you can set any hue and saturation for the photo to zero.
4Use this free selection or lasso tool to trace about the edges of the area you desire to leave in color.
5Expand the choice by one pixel and feather the choice by 5 pixels.
6Delete a selected area. This will result in a 'hole' in the leading layer, exposing the colored area at the bottom layer.
7Merge the two main layers and save the image under an exciting new file name.
