DIY Umbrella Light

An umbrella light is often used in photography for making soft light on content. This lighting device diffuses light by bouncing an important light source off the reflective surface within the umbrella. This allows this issue to be illuminated without harsh lights or dramatic shadows. Making your special umbrella light can be easily completed with a standard umbrella not to mention inexpensive materials.

Instructions

Purchase only two small collapsible umbrellas. How large the umbrella is not really of great importance; having said that, larger umbrellas can be difficult to handle. Buy one can for gold spray paint and a second can of silver aerosol paint. Make sure you purchase paint which has been designed to be attached to fabrics to prevent breaking.
