How to implement Marshall's Photo Coloring System

Marshall's Picture Oils are specially invented oil paints for painting them on photographs. They tend to be more transparent than regular petrol paints, almost like watercolors. Instructions

Print an individual's negative on matte photo taking paper. Glossy paper doesn't work well for hand-painting. Prime this dry print with Marshall's L. M. Solution: coat an article of cotton with the method, and wipe the print horizontally first around, and then vertically. Solution in your well-ventilated area.
