Unfortunately, there is absolutely no way to repair the pics directly. By using a scanner and a few digital photo editing methods, however, you can print a new photo that'll be as good as brand-new.

Instructions

Make sure you will have your scanner set towards the proper photo setting (color or simply black and white) and that it can be set to scan about the highest resolution. This vary on different scanners, so refer to the scanner's manual for anyone who is unsure how to repeat this.

Scan the photo into your personal computer as a JPG computer file.

Open the photo nside your editing software and save it for a new file name therefore you won't have to check out the photo again if you happen to make a mistake.
