Directions for Moving a Photographic Image Upon Ceramic Tiles

In our digital age you can easlily easily take hundreds with pictures, transfer them onto our computer and next take more. But, right out of the hundreds of pictures we all take, only a few are worth being called our stand bys. These pictures are what we look at time and time again without tiring. To further preserve and display your chosen memories, transfer them against a ceramic tile. There are a number ways to display your current pictures, but putting them over a tile offers a exceptional, fun and priceless way for you to share your precious feelings.

Instructions

    1

Select a picture you intend to transfer onto a ceramic tile, plant and edit it together with photo editing software. Insert the Lazertran cardstock into your printer so the image will print within the white, eggshell/chalky side.

    2

Print the picture at high-quality settings. Allow it to fully dry for 30 units.

    3

Cut the particular Lazertran paper down to how big the your image with scissors. Submerge the paper in water for 60 seconds or before the decal releases from this backing sheet.

    4

Brush a fabulous light coat of turpentine to the tile. Fully deal with the tile, but really don't soak the tile. An excessive amount turpentine will cause a picture to melt.

    5

Remove your picture from your water and gently take away the backing paper. Carefully place your image onto the ceramic tile from the desired location. Be sure don't allow the picture to be able to overlap onto itself.

    6

Gently jiggle out any air bubbles or wrinkles using a rolling pin, rolling from your center out to the edge of your tile. Set aside the tile and allow it to needlessly dry for several time.

    7

Apply 2-3 coats of clear varnish or polyurethane to tile to seal plus protect the image. You should definitely allow each coat to totally dry before applying the subsequent coat. If your envision had a white heritage, it will disappear with this process, creating an exquisite finish.
